          Procedurally, Mr. Nolan represents clients before administrative and judicial bodies relative to property tax assessment appeals throughout Illinois.  Mr. Nolan has saved his clients millions of dollars in property taxes. 

Mr. Nolan has more than 20 years of experience in the property tax assessment field.  Mr. Nolan received his undergraduate degree (B.A.) from Saint Xavier University in 1985 and his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in 1989 where he also served as an editor of the John Marshall Law Review, and graduated with distinction.  He is a member of the Illinois Bar Association – State and Local Taxation Section, the Chicago Bar Association –Real Estate Taxation Committee, and the Illinois Real Estate Lawyers Association.  He has spoken and written before the Illinois Association of Assessing Officers and the Institute for Professionals in Taxation. Further, Mr. Nolan has been a member of the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce since 1996.

          Mr. Nolan’s strong commitment to community has led to his involvement in several key organizations and government in Illinois (Bartlett).  Mr. Nolan served as an elected Village Trustee from 1997 through 2013.  Further, he served as Village of Bartlett Plan Commissioner and is also a past member of the Bartlett Lions Club and Concerned Residents for
Community Schools.
